Help please

I am having a problem with the sat nav in my c70. It's a factory fitted one and for about two weeks now i'm not getting a gps signal. Any ideas please or am i going to have to pay a small fortune for someone to tell me it's broken?

have you had any work done on the car which coresponded to it's loss?
what are your symptoms? is there a map on the screen , anything on the screen? do the controls do anything , does anything else not work etc?
