its not egr fault. if it was you would not get the irregular running, as egr fault would affect all 4 cylinders together.

my money remains with valves, injectors or a con rod.

I have another question - Can you use restored injectors? Cause i been told that Siemens injectors can't be restored. And also when i was taking injectors out, i noticed that One injector was continetals. Dont they need to be the same?

i have been told they cannot be remanufactured.
however, Euro car parts sell reconditioned injectors, which is what i used.

What does reconditioned means? If that means restored then sorry
And for you, how much mileage you have put on these injectors? Any faults?

i guess restored means remanufactured.
came with 12 months waranty. only fitted them a couple of weeks ago but no issues yet

i had a thought about this...
your injector tests, which they have borderline failed in some tests, woudl be done in a warm room, using warm fuel. Your car runs fine when warm.
it is quite feasable that when cold they will be much worse.#

similarly the old peugeots had a habit occasionally of the valve gaps tightening up to the point they would not start when cold but were fine when warm. However, they didnt smoke like yours.

I have a same issue and i even recorded sound, and i was informed that this is bent con-rod i have tested injectors, plugs e.t.c, my EGR is shuted down

and there is the sound, that tick-tick-tick is only when temp outside is arround -2
