Cant believe the same fault on two different units.

Oh....
so first of all - the mileage record is actually in the cluster, not CEM ? interesting...
second thing - if the fault returned it means that issue is actually with the CEM/car itself , although no clue how to explain it...

so when you turn key in POS2, all pre-start icons light up except of EML light? can u take a pic?

So in that case, reading mileage trough Vida should reveal the correct mileage?
Seem a bit weird to do dual count , doesnt it?

A bit of googling reveals the the display will show which ever is the highest of the 2 readings. As i have another unit being delivered tomorrow i will let you know the outcome, probably not until the weekend,
This is becoming a saga but i think the proms in the display unit maybe switchable from unit to unit. We shall see.

Default Update

Have now removed and cleaned up all connections on the cem and all is well.
Refitted the original cluster and mileage now showing as 84K.
It would seem the root of all evil on all things electronic stem from the cem.
Mot re booked for next week so hopefully all should be ok.
