Car insurance
Truck bus, can you recommend insurance company at the price you quoted, moving back to Glasgow soon after13 years in Spain, looks like a good price.

Hello Matt, I'm currently with Admiral multi-car, last renewed in December.

OK, to sum up what I have read, post 2009 can have niggling problems, pre 2007 can have AWD issues that are expensive.
I have also deduced that the 163 model up to about april 2005 has no DPF, which might be seen as an advantage over the 185 D5 although they will inevitably be older cars. I am tending to think an early 2005 XC90 with manual gearbox might be the best for us, assuming that any potential AWD issue is within my own ability to fix - presumed to be the splined collar issue ? Would help to know why people recommend 2007 cars over the early 2005 163 diesel, have I missed anything ? thanks to all |

No potential water ingress over the expensive CEM .... Splined sleeve for Rear wheel drive problems solved . "Instant Traction" system where you start off with All wheel drive until about 10 mph when it reverts back to Front wheel drive . No real problems with DPF on these .
