Unhappy Active Xenon Bending Lights Fault

2011 Se Lux XC70

Help please!!

On start up this morning my dashboard displayed

"Headlamp Failure. Service Required" .

Inspection by myself revealed that on start up my headlamps rise and set themselves as normal and dipped and full bean are working as they should however the Active Bending Lights function is not working.

If anyone has experience of this fault please advise me what to check as I dread the cost of a visit to my dealer.

Thank you.

I had the same and it was my battery that wasn’t fully charged. I put my charger on it and no longer get that message. The cold weather may be a factor.

Battery would be the first place to check. Given the time of year, it may just be they had frozen up.
