A late 960 with a nice beige leather interior at J+C motor spares, Sunbury-upon-Thames, TW16 6AX

An early 940 turbo and 2 V40s at my local, Chobham car spares, GU21 4TH

Don't know about scrapyards, but went to banger racing at Owlerton in Sheffield last Sunday. Volvo 145s were in abundance in the "ultimate" class, competing mainly against Jags and large Fords. The Volvos held there own easily and generally retained their shape. However one 144 was reduced to the size of an Astra but remarkably it's wheels still pointed the right way and it was still circulating at the end!
Those guys are nuts!

There's a 1989 760 turbo estate (AW71 auto) at Looms in Derby. It's got silver trim on the top of the bumpers and along the bottom of the windows, black leather interior, B230ET engine so a 531 head and a A cam, a very new looking alternator and radiator (narrow type). There are nivomats on the back too.

The clock showed 191k.

Looms at Derby

1 x 940 saloon gray (L reg), head gone, gray leather, M46/7
1 x 740 estate, inbetween facelifts, B200F
2 x V70, one red and one blue (one V reg), one turbo one N/A, cream leather on both
1 x 240 estate (D reg), blue, O/S wing damaged, with B230A (A cam?)
1 x 480 2.0, dark gray
