Default 1.8 460 ES All Parts for sale or give away

After flipping my old 460

I am now breaking it, ALL parts and doors and all from the car (460 1.8 ES in Dark Metallic Green (N) Reg 1995/6) with the Diamond Plush Velour upholstery, I also have a small stock pile extra working trim parts such as glove boxes, ash trays, switches, clocks, lights, snow mats etc. as I had previously restored the interior of the car. (so most parts pristine) also fully intact fog lights. and maybe other things I cant think of right now.

The car had a full years MOT and a BRAND new windscreen (still intact) as it was being driven back from the MOT Service station!

It has alloy wheels 2 with BRAND new tyres (MOT again)

I'm looking for reasonable prices for the parts.

Leave a reply or PM me for parts request. Parts can be collected or posted if required.

The car has done 111K miles and the engine recently had a performance tune, and it could easy deliver original performance, so think would prefer to sell the entire engine.

The car before the crash

My friend is looking for a foglight (drivers side) for his newly acquired 480. Would a floglight from a 460 fit. If so can you give me some idea of how much you want?

Many thanks!

Default 460 Instrument cluster

Hi - is the speedo drive digital? If so were all instruments working when you flipped? How much do you want for the entire cluster? Sarumboy

Fog lights from a 440 or 460 will not fit the 480. Fog lights from the early s40s/v40s, 440s, 460 are the same.

Sorry I can't help, good luck

I'm not sure if the speedo drive is digital, how would one tell? i would assume all of 400s would be the same. The car didn't have the info center. and yes everything was in full working order.

Hy, Dave

Thank you for the parts you sent me.

There's no hurry to send the other parts i requested, maybe I'll spot some other parts and deal with a lower shipping cost.

I also need a delivery valve, like the one from the picture.

Can you please put some interior pictures?

All the best,
Adi

The drive is digital if the red part of the speedo&rev counter needles goes through the 'axle' (that is spins on) and points out the other side to the needle a small amount. The info centre is probably a bigger give away though!

Default Digital or cable?

I didn't know that about the needle length telling which is which, that's good info. But Haynes does say that info centre requires digital signal and no info centre, cable drive.

So I'll pass on the instrument cluster thanks, as it's the digi one I want. Cheers guys.

Hi,

I'm after rear bump stops to my '92 460 and was wondering whether or not the parts from your 460 are still available or if suspension parts from your 460 are for sale. I have attached a picture to help identify them (no.8 on the pic.). If they're in good condition then i'd be interested.

Thanks

Hi, yes there still available... as long as you can take them off.

as long as the car can be winched onto a trailer then parts can be taken
