Default intermittent fault

Hi, I have a 2002 s80 d5. When the engine reaches temp but the air temp is above 5 degreesthe car sometimes feels like it's choking back if I throttle up its stops choking but kicks out lots of black smoke for a little while if I ease off instead of booting it the car just puffs smoke for a little but the power is there when I need it. Egr has had a clean for different cleaners have been added full service as usual including diesel filter, but to no avail, it has had diagnostics at local garage nothing found it dies have a small hole in the flexi part of the exhaust and a small intercooler leak the egr was absolutely filthy with soit please help the cars ok when the air temp is cold below 5 degrees it's annoying

Have a look at the rubber hose at the inlet of the turbo, these can go soft and collapse when the turbo is sucking hard, so it sucks flat on full throttle, then comes back to shape with light throttle.
When the temperature is low, the rubber may become a little stiffer preventing it from collapsing.
Give it a squeeze by hand if its really soft and oily, this could be a candidate.
You could also try one quick run without an air filter as this will slightly reduce the vacuum applied to the hose, especially if you have a dirty filter.
