To be certain, unplug the seat base and resistance test the thermostat pins again.
I meassuered the yellow cables on the green contact to about 6.4k ohm's with the multimeter on ohm - 20k value.

It's looking like a faulty module then.

Yeah it could be that case. But I have no voltage on F1,F2 or F16 in the cem where the fuses for the SHM is located. Find this strange and rather unpleasent. I dont want the outcome to be a faulty CEM cause then this is going to become rather expensive.

You have voltage entering the SHM, you just don't have it leaving.
The pad and thermostat wiring is checking out ok so that says it's the SHM.

It is true, but I dont have any voltage on the fuses to the heat seat. So the voltage to the seat might not be for the heat in the seat. I'm rather surten that it is CEM since several fuses dont have voltage.

For various reasons I couldn't fix the heated seat in my car so just bought one of these instead, they work very well and are fused:

I'm a bit OCD. I do not like failure LOL. There has to be a reason something doesn't work.

did you check out SiRobb's video on youtube for diagnosing seat heater faults?

I've also got a video showing how to replace seat base if that helps:
