XC90 Centre console

Hi all
I am changing from the wood effect to the alloy trim in my volvo xc90 2004
and i was wondering does any one know how to remove the front cup holder part that flips up... I know how to remove the one round the gear stick....
Also need to know how to remove the rear console ashtray and cupholder
