Gaydon
In a recent exchange of pm's with member onyerbikenate[thanks for the information]he told me of a Volvo meeting organised by Torquevolvo to be held at the British Motor Museum at Gaydon on October 6th.This seems to be advertised mainly on facebook[which I don't do] but as it seems supporting this event will also help support the next world record attempt I thought it worth mentioning here and perhaps reaching an extra audience.Apart from that the Museum is a great day out.

It’s weather permitting for me, I’ve done the Motor Museum to death a few times over so I’m not that interested in going in there. The tempers doesn’t bother me as long as it’s dry.

Given the weather forecast it was a good turnout. I confess the C70 stayed in the garage under its cover and the V40 was pressed into service.
A good cross section of cars and owners, thanks and to the organisers.
