I wouldn't bother with them unless there is a lot of theft in your area.
They often cause a huge headache.

I have had mine taken off the three other motors and thrown in the bin.

The garage is working on the V70 which they put on but had to take off again but it wont budge.
They ended up snapping the key and have damaged the paintwork on one of the wheels.
They have all the different tools to remove so there's not a problem there.
It wont cost us nothing but imagine if we had a puncture at the side of the road.
Just my experience but I am not alone to have problems but its up to you..

Genuine Volvo locking wheel nuts are notorious for giving trouble, mainly because tyre fitters tighten them to tight, (even though I tell them not to do that) and break the key socket when trying to remove them again. Over the years I have had problems numerous times with locking wheel nuts and now never have them fitted. It saves a lot of problems when changing wheels or tyres.

You can have the genuine volvo ones at the bottom of my bin for nothing if you collect them. You can have the key too, though being lovingly crafted from case hardened primula it's not a great fit any more...
