Default Brake pedal pad

Hello all
Anyone know where I can get a brake pedal pad for a 1997 automatic, my local volvo dealer cant seem to get one (no surprise there) and ive trawelled the web, or if theres a pattern part? The size is 135mm wide and 60mm high.

regards

Id be inclined to sacrifice an old rubber floor mat or similar, cut it out to be the same size and shape and then bond it to it using araldite or something equally strong if you can't find one.

EDIT: found this one but it doesn't specify fitting our cars, may still work though as it does list a few volvos of our era.

I doubt this would fit. All the models listed are basically the same car and I have found many parts on my C70 look very similar to the equivalent on the V40, but are in fact completely different.

At that price it would be worth trying as it may be a direct fit or perhaps it could have the back cut down and the front face araldited on to the existing as clarkey suggested. Worth a try.

Cheers clarkey I was thinking about the rubber mat and glue trick earlier, but wanted an original, the pad you sourced does not fit, I think I have found the orig volvo part no 30872854 but cant find 1 anywhere.

I have found this one, a mitsubishi (which could make sense)

Looks exactly the same as both my v40 autos.
