PHEV stuck in hybrid mode due to climate control
I have been experiencing an annoying problem in my 2016 year PHEV, in that it won't come out of hybrid mode while the climate is on auto - obviously decides it needs the engine to warm the car up, which is sort of ok, but it seems to get stuck there, never using the battery again unless you stop and turn off and on. Anyone else had this, and knows a solution, or knows that there isn't one ?

Aux heater hasn't switched itself off in the settings?

Secondary diesel heater that is used instead of the engine allows you to drive using only electric in the cold with the heating on. It's used for pre heating as well unless your car is set to indoor only on the settings
It's via the settings on the indicator stalk menu |
