Default NSR electric window

Hi im hoping someone can help.Just purchased an 2006 V50 diesel and all the electric windows work ok apart from near side rear that went down but will now only go up about 3/4 leaving a 7 inch gap at top..any ideas please
The motor on that window sounds different to the other windows kinda sluggish

Try lowering the window and hold the button down for 10 seconds then raised and hold for 10 seconds.
Also worth disconnecting the battery for 30 mins.
I have a used rear left door motor from my 2006 S40 available for £20 inc delivery if you feel up to changing it yourself.
