Default S40 D5 Fuel/Boost issues

Hey guys so i have been struggling for a while now and ive decided to come here after trying to solve it myself as i never seem to get much replies when i do post in forums :/

Bit of back story, owned a 2.0D and just bought a D5244T13 S40 with a cambelt gone, replaced the head re done the timing but it is slower than the 2.0D haha!

The rail pressure is maxing at 16,700 psi and the Boost is maxing at 13.76psi

I have changed for Brand new, Fuel flow valve, Fuel pressure regulator, 2nd hand rail sensor, tried a few different injectors, checked all the wiring, eliminated any boost leaks, cleaned pins on both ECM and CEM.

From my dads xc70 D5244t11 i would be expecting to get around the same pressure of 22,000+psi and around 22psi boost.

Ive put 100s of hours into this now and spent so much time away from loved ones. Its become an obsession i need finished.

Annoying i have Vida and I am not getting any codes other than a abs sensor that i am trying to fix currently ( i dont believe this would be the issue ) and ECM-26F0 Fuel system which doesnt really give any specifics

the only other strange thing that has happened is the clutch position sensor mounted to the master cylinder.... when its plugged in the acceleration is super slow and take ages to build and then when releasing the pedal it keeps going slightly then very slowly backs off.

If i drive with it unplugged its a lot more snappier and doesn't surge :/

The car has had a EGR delete, Swirl flap delete, DPF and CAT delete.
( wondering if one of these could be causing an underlying issue )

SORRY for the long post but i wanted to get as much info as i could down.

I will test anything you suggest and can show Vida reports etc when required.

SOMEONE please help me get this sorted haha!
