Default 240 round headlight conversion

Hello all,
Personally I prefer the look.of the early 240s round headlight, grille etc. Has anyone on here done the conversion to a late 240 without having to replace the bonnet etc.
I have looked for the answer but cant seem to find out much.
Many thanks
Joe

You’ll need to change the front scuttle panel, the front wings, the bonnet and other supporting metalwork behind. Possible, but a lot of work.

Might be easier to just buy an early car.

Cheers

Sod that then. No. My car Is spotless so not looking for another car just prefer the early look of the front on earlier models. I've found a far more straightforward way through Dai at Classicswede. Thanks anyway.

Perhaps Dai sells a push-fit round headlamp conversion for Volvo 240s in a box for £50?

:-)

Your car will always look " odd" if you tamper with things like that👍
