Like the steels ! Are you going to paint them silver ?

Tell me more about your underside rust treatment and painting ? I'm planning on giving the underneath a good seeing to ( oh er ) in the near future. I read about POR15 ?

Hi Wade,

What a great looking car.

You have carried out lots of sensible work. Well done you!

Were the hand brake shoes difficult as I think mine are due for replacement?

Cheers,
LeeP

I spent a bit of time researching underseal/ paint ..Rust busters 2 pac epoxy under body paint was recommended by quite a lot of guys I know in the restoration trade it was also recommend in a 2 year test by classic monthly I believe as the best long term protection ..So that is what I went for ...Check out their website they do some good products . www.rust.co.uk

Rear handbrake shoes were not to bad to do compared to some cars I have done.. make sure you get a spring kit as well it makes it much easier ...
