Thats excellent news thanks for taking the trouble to come and introduce yourself .. well needed with the falling of volvo dealerships in the last year or so ..
Have you any plans on opening in Cardiff or Bristol? Someone has to very soon or volvo in the south are going to be in serious trouble with their customer database dwindling away , its happened before in both areas and all are lost in 2 years ,, it takes 5 years to re establish a customer database ..its been neglected for far to long and such a huge rich area too . Volvo have a serious problem here .. so come and sort us out ..

Who would be your longest serving Volvo dealer in the UK? Are there any family dealerships left or have they all been replaced by big dealer groups?

Clive Brook in Bradford is an indie and was offered NW.
They passed saying do not want to dilute the service they offer by expanding too rapidly - could have been lack of funds ?. Nevertheless, very good in any dealings that I have had with them. |

I've used Doves in Preston on a couple of occasions and haven't been impressed. The service was well below what I've received at the hands of Mercedes, Audi and BMW and certainly doesn't warrant the exorbitant prices that Volvo dealers charge these days. Add to this that they failed to rectify sany of the issues it went in for in for. To rectify a couple of dashboard rattles they used what looked like vaseline on the fascia of the CD player, this subsequently melted once the cabin warmed up and ran all over the centre console. The staff were the usual miserable bunch that seem to be the staple for most Volvo dealers and were unaccommodating and unhelpful. I wouldn't recommend them but then given the patch dealer network in the North West the choices are limited.
