14" Wheels for a 940 Estate?

Hi all.

Alex is wondering if you can get 14" wheels to fit the 940 estate, as he has some wheels of a Sierra with good tyres(!)

No, not possible. The brake discs and calipers are too big.

Thanks for the replies.
(Alex wasn't going to use the Sierra WHEELS, but was hoping that he could get suitable wheels to fit the Volvo, using the TYRES!)

The only trouble is that if you cannot get 14" rims to fit the car due to the reasons George and I gave, then there is no point in keeping the tyres. Better to swap both wheels and tyres for suitable items to fit the Volvo (with cash adjustment if necessary).

Yes, it looks like we have some Sierra wheels and tyres for sale then!
