Default Please help!!! V40gdi serious issues

Hi there, new to the forum but need help!!!! I have a 2002 v40 gdi and it's god some issues!!! When I start the car on the morning it's fine for 5 or so miles so It normally occurs when the engine is hot and I completely loose power, it idles low, 500 odd, and seriously looses power from 3000 rpm and splutters up to 4000 then feels like it's bouncing off the rev limiter! Iv tried the usual, coils, plugs, air filter etc but I can't shift it, I was thinking possibly mass air flow sensor or possibly high pressure fuel pump but Iv checked the fuel pressure and it's all good, no fault codes either...... Bizarre!
Any replys would be greatly appreciated
Thanks!

How have you checked the fuel pressure accurately please as I would almost put money on it being fuel pressure related, I used to work for Mitsubishi so have lots of dealings with the gdi, another thing they are very prone to is blocking up inlet manifold and valves with crud.
Also is the engine light on?

Have you done any jobs on the car prior to the trouble starting?

With respect to those before me, I'd also clean the throttle plate.

Check if the throttle body magnets are shot.

I absolutely hate it, but everybody seems to recommend JB Weld for any sort of glue-based engine repairs.

Is it any good for metal? I assumed it was mostly a wood glue...
