The dealer replaced the weather stripping on both sides. Still makes the same sound. I tried using tape just like the picture I found on here.

It works! It's ugly. I should not have to do this to a brand new car.

I was so ****ed when I came home from the dealer service. Now I'm just reminding myself that I wanted a quiet car and I should just shut the windows, turn on the a/c and enjoy the quiet.

Yes, I named my Volvo Beatrice.

Has anyone had this problem resolved by Volvo service?
Hi y'all! Just new to the forum. I'm also experiencing the same problem with my new s60. Above 70mph, there is a noticeable (quite irritating) wind noise in the driver's side. When I had it checked a month ago, they said it was normal for cars to exhibit some noise in those speed, which I of course, vehemently disagreed, arguing my other cars, an accord and an xtrail doesn't show any sign of wind noise even at 80mph.
And now I found this thread, I'm going to print and show it to them this weekend. I'll update soon as I have the result. Thanks for the infos!

Hey Orthanc

Did I see you today - around 11.30am on Airport Road heading towards the Corniche? Do you drive a passion red S60?

Hi DesertDog! Great to know there's a fellow volvo enthusiast here in auh:-)
I do pass by regularly at Airport Rd going to the office, but my s60 is an alpine white with full body kit.

Here's the pic of my baby:

I'm not sure, but it looks like more people with Bliss have the wind noise issues than people without it....Clan would you say this is correct?

Not sure why you think this as I would say that BLISS has nothing to do with it - certainly the cure that was applied to my car 2+ years ago had nothing to do with BLISS

I think you are the first person to suggest a link?

In my case it was refitting the door mirror covers correctly, there proved to be a minute gap between the cover and the body which resonated at around 50-60mph and was apparent as a whistle - the same effect that you get when you low over the top of a coke bottle (just a different frequency)
