There are two filler plugs in front of each other.

The pipe & funnel is an ok way of filling gearboxes, etc but i find it much easier & quicker to use a oil syringe pump. Like this https://www.halfords.com/workshop-to..._q=oil+syringe

Default Where to find the inlet/dipstick of the 2004, 2.4i s40 volvo

Good Day,

I really struggle finding the inlet.

I found the drain, but don't want to train unless I know where to fill the teamsmission fluid.

Hope to hear from you soon.

This guide is for the earlier S40, V40 models with the M56 gearbox from 1996-2004.
