142 for sale?

I am in Dorset and wanting to do a restoration of a 142.
I am willing to travel around 60 miles give or take for the car.
Can need any amount of work needing do to it.

Hi

142s are rare. You might need to travel a lot further to get one. A 144 or 145 would be easier to find locally.

I have a very solid 142 that only needs a little work but you will need to be willing to travel a lot more than 60 miles for one.

I would of thought you would have to travel more than 60 miles for any type of 140, unless you get lucky with one local.

I'm actually thinking about one myself soonish, if you don't manage to find a home please let me know. Shouldn't be long and I'll be looking in earnest.

There is a 242 locally but the chap is reluctant to let it go.
