Not really much in it overall - 235 standard, 240 with Polestar v 265.

The issue is the BMW is over 100 lb ft up on torque.

You have 6 cyl v 4 cyl, ZF 8HP v AW 8 spd box.

Hmm. I agree an unusual move. I do wonder how much will be driven by cost.

Looks like a PROVIDA incorporating POLICE PILOT, VASCAR thats a blast from the past when I was working these were phased out in the 1990's and replaced by POLICE PILOT same principals but more functions.

The front view of it in your rear view mirror probably looks a lot more imposing!

I was watching traffic cops on C5 a couple of nights back and caught a glimpse of an unmarked new shape XC60. It was dark but it looked to be silver or grey and I think it was possibly a T8 although the badge was just a fleeting glimpse and mainly obscured by one of the coppers. The force covered is North Yorks but cant remember exactly where this incident was.....

"And has the car been modified in any way?"

What about cupholders? And doughnut holders?

Had blue lights in the rear screen. Only seen from outside.
