Hi Bigfella......hope your keeping well...
+1 on that impact wrench posted by Faust above even though I have a compressor and an impact wrench for it, I treated myself to one of these.
Not used often but a godsend when needed.........especially when your no where near the compressor...

Zigs / Faust

I am indeed keeping well. Many thanks for the recco re the De Walt impact. I have become a big Milwaukee fan since buying their M12 polisher last year, looked at their M18 impact and I think it was around the 400 squids mark - which I did not and do not have so gave a wide berth. Will defo have a look at your recco as that price is a lot more affordable.

Viewers will recall my initial disappointment that 20 hours spent doing the PCV revealed little improvement.

Had the opportunity to take her for a real test run this morning as she has barely moved over the past month.

Delighted to report that ( for a reason I do not begin to understand ) I now have zero dipstick smoke and zero crankcase pressure.
