Problem with headlights.
Hi folks, here's one for you. My 2001 V70 estate (sw) likes to leave it's lights on! Even when I have taken the ignition key out. I think it might be a relay, but I'm not sure. Any ideas as to what it could be? I look forward to your replies.

If it's a 2001 you'll probably need the other section (we're old skool pre 2000 here).
As an initial observation do they stay on permanently or do they go off after a minute or five? Some more modern cars have a system to leave the headlights on for a short while so you can see your way to your front door in the middle of the night.

Can you confirm which lights are illuminated? full beam, dipped beam, side lights, one side only or both etc?

If Ginganinja has not enabled the "Get Me Home" lights then he may have a problem with his CEM. As said...best to ask in the appropriate forum - S80 '98-'06 / S60 '00-'09 / V70 & XC70 '00-'07 General

I tried it when I went to work last night and it works. Now my only issue is that I usually reverse into my drive, so the 'Get Me Home' light does a grand job of illuminating the front door of my neighbour over the road.
