V70 S70 C70 850 exhaust hanger...
... just got one of these from Volvo for my P1 V70. This is to repair the rear section of exhaust when the welded on parts rust away. Also available for the P2 V70 and similar cars.
Thought I would post up a picture and let people know that they are available. Quite a new addition to the volvo parts list i believe, I've certainly not seen it before. About £20 odd, much better than the tat on eBay you see - having just hacked my last one of those off! |

I recently got the one from PFV...just under £10 plus delivery.
Seems to do the job. Neil

thats the one i first got but has only lasted about 18months before the clamp almost rusted through, luckily I could still just about undo one nut to get it off. Ideal quick fix though which is what i needed at the time. I think the volvo one will now outlast the exhaust!

Mine was a quick fix simply because I'll be renewing the exhaust in the not too distant future. Neil

Anyone know where you can get one of these, or know the part number?
is it a main dealer item? I'm looking for a fix that will last a bit so I take your point about cheap ones rusting through. |

Hi
I got the cheap version from Braydon and few years ago, and it is still going strong. Steve
