1999 Series 1 V70 Classic Bi-Fuel
Hi All,
Were the late series 1 V70 Classics available in both CNG and LPG as I have seen one for sale and the trader knows nothing about the car and I want LPG? Cheers Julian |

Yes available in both flavours, but CNG very rare. If you've found a CNG car you have done well. I've PM'ed you.

Hi Martin,
The car arrives this afternoon so I'll soon see if it is LPG (or not). Cheers Julian |

I look forward to hearing. A P1 LPG in RHD is a rare enough beast. In CNG, well... unlikely to be a CNG, but you never know. In RHD, I only know of two. NLook under the bonnet, Necam bits will be green-stickered if CNG, red if LPG.

V70 BiFuel CNG
Hi Martin,
The car is indeed CNG with one issue, the tank/tanks are missing. All the front end Necam distributor and regulators are there. Is this something you are still interested in? The car itself is really tidy and runs like a top with 140k miles on it. It is SE spec in the Oxford Green colour. Alternatively can I add a LPG tank to it and run it directly to the low pressure vaporiser? Sorry I can't PM you as not enough posts! Last edited by ZiggyB; Mar 13th, 2018 at 17:08. |

CNG? Wow. It's a bit of a ball-ache to convert to LPG from CNG but not impossible.
I've PM'ed you my phone number.

Cng v70
Hi Martin,
Can you email a wiring diagram for the CNG system as the car won't crank with the rear control unit disconnected and the temperature light comes on? Cheers Julian |
