200 Series General Forum for the Volvo 240 and 260 cars

Paint looks great I think - personally I think the bumpers look a bit glossy for my taste - I prefer a more matt look. Nice car though

Thats the most brilliant 240 i have seen, pretty late registered 1984-1986 244 strangely .

That is super Niiiiice! Makes me want to detail my car now, not that I can do it to that standard...yet!

I can make my car shine, but the attention to detail some people put in on DW is just unbeleivable.

To be honest though, its the machine polishing that really makes the difference in detailing. It may seem like a big expense at the time, but a DA polisher really is a great peiece of kit to buy. The level of finsih on paint and lights just cant be done by hand.

CYC do a great intro DAS polisher now. (apologies if I'm not allowed to post shop links)..

Mind you Steve, your engine bay would shame a lot of the guys on DW. Plastic covers are easy to get looking nice, but the work that youve put into yuors is incredible.
