Default Exhaust part like hens teeth

It's been a while since I needed to replace the rear section of the exhaust on my 1999 P1 V70 2.5 10v petrol non turbo. For the most part the exhaust is sound, but in recent times the last couple of feet between the box and the tail pipe has had a few repairs, especially the last bend which given its proximity to the rear wheel isn't surprising.

It's been patched up for probably the last time, so need to come up with a cheap solution to fix it. The first idea was simply buy another aftermarket part. I mean the current part was an aftermarket part fitted 8 years ago and covered 38K so it done reasonably well. But I've hit a stumbling block... either the suppliers want to rob you of £250 - £370, or all the websites with more reasonably priced (£115 inc vat) link back to one supplier in Germany who don't ship to the UK.

Also, even the expensive parts are not in stock and finding one is becoming harder than finding hens teeth or rocking horse ****

So plan B is to have someone fabricate the pipe from the silencer (the pipe coming out of the box is sound so could be welded or clamped.

Now I can't be alone in this predicament, so would welcome suggestions of companies in North Herts / Beds (A1 M corridor) that could fabricate the part. Or if you guys know where to get a new rear section for a low price. Being on ESA means money is tight, so shelling out £300 is out of the question.

This company via ebay is very helpful:~ https://www.ebay.co.uk/str/myriadexhaust

They can make up parts to your specification if required: I doubt that the rear tail pipe would be a problem- stainless or mild steel is listed.
I had a rear section supplied for a Ford some time back and was pleased with the grade.
Hope it helps.
Bob.

I have used them in the past for stainless repair flanges. The service and quality is superb.

Many thanks for the suggestions, I'll take a look soon.

I had spent a good couple of hours googling around, so quite possible that ecp popped up.

Cheers,

I've messaged them with an image highlighting the section of pipe I'm after, so if they can make up the part from reference for a reasonable amount that would be great - thank you for the suggestion
