Default Groaning noise when turning slow

Hi guys,
I'm having this problem when turning at low speeds. Sounds like rubber rubbing on the body. I don't have the steering limiter bushing and no rubbing marks from the tire on the wheel wells. It does not happen when the steering is turned (while stationary) but after the gas pedal is pressed. Now when the pedal is released the noise is gone. So I ruled out the steering rack/fluid/pump.

Checked the suspension. The axle boot is okay. There is some play in the axle but not serious. Wishbone bushing just changed. Sway bar bushing is shot at one side but I don't thing that is the cause of the turning noise.

Anything that I missed?

Under the crankshaft pulley, in the front RH wheel arch.
