Difference in manifolds
Obviously the 164 injection manifold is for a 6 cylinder engine. Only one type. For the B20 there are two types. In 74 the K-jet B20s on the last 140s had a different manifold than the earlier D-jet models. There may be minor differences in the number of tapped holes but that can be easily remedied. I think there are some other differences between the 1970 and the later models in terms of flanges extending down below the intake ports on the early ones. I'm pretty sure the later ones can be used on the earlier heads.
