Default Noise when turning steering wheel at slow speed

I have noticed a noise (sounds like rubber rubbing against rubber) when I turn the steering wheel a full one rotation in either direction at very slow speeds especially when I am parking.

I think it happens at any speed but its less noticeable at faster speed. Apart from the noise I can feel it when my foot is on the footrest.

Do you guys have an idea what it could be?

Have you checked the depth of the power steering fluid? It feels and sounds noticeably when low. Note it has warm and cool depths on dipstick/lid.

Default Steering Noise

Had the same noise on my car and it was the rubber seal at the bottom of the steering colium inside the car by the back pedal, were the colium rotates inside the rubber seal it needed a litte grease. I have had no more problems.

+2 on rubber seal at bottom of column inside the car. Was worried that steering rack was going last winter but some silicone spray cured it easily!
