Default 2000 V70R suspension options?

So I bought a one owner V70R AWD from a fellow forum member yesterday!

The car is in brilliant condition, was actually his mums car from new and is replacing a V70 t5 and an 850 t5 pair of project cars (V70 is gone, 850 will be for sale soon)

I will inevitably start tinkering with the “R” soon but my first question is what options do I have for a suspension refresh? Fronts are fairly new andI know they are the same as the other P80 cars so no probs there but I believe the rears (currently nivomats) are different on the AWD “R” Has anyone found a suitable replacement that doesn’t cost the earth?

Cheers
