Good evening all
Can anyone shed light on where my stored locations have gone?
Had a few work related stored in my sat Nav but now it won't highlight on the screen, everything else is fine.

Have you had any service work done on the car recently? Updates to Sensus can delete all the stored locations, my dealer advised backing them up before dropping car off to avoid losing them. I think others have previously had issues with stored locations disappearing when going abroad.

This all assumes its Nav with Sensus Connect.

The first two trips to Europe, I lost stored locations as soon as I drove into the car deck of the ferry.
Volvo dealer raised a tech querry, software update done and since then I have not had any further problems.
I only lost the stored locations, the previous locations were still a/v.

sounds like my imported POI's they all vanished after the car was serviced...and then wouldn't reload off the memory stick.....not sure what the dealer did

Weird as all the info was there one day and gone the next, no servicing, nothing unusual just pinched by the electric gremlin, maybe software update is the thing, will call volvo see if any help....

Not been on a ferry but driven past a few ports lol just seems odd ok one day then gone, will call dealer re software update...
