Electrics: CD Changer

Hi there On My 2005 S80 its meant to have a CD Changer but for the life of me I cant find it, its meant to be in the Boot, but I Cant find it anywhere, so lets make the assumption that I dont have the CD Changer but I may have the cable, where would the cable be?
And would you have any pictures, because if I dont have one Ill get one but so that I know where it needs to be sited.

Isn't that a HU850 radio + 6 discs cd unit,if so I don't think there is a changer as such as you can put 6 cd's in the head unit.I may be wrong.

What head unit do you have? The HU850 for example has a 6 disc changer built-in: you just feed the disc into the slot.

I did think that As it does say on the Screen 6 CD Changer, but I cant seem to get a disc to go in apart from the Disc that's in it, and yes its the HU850

Try selecting the disk using the 1-6 buttons & press eject. Maybe you already have 5 in there

Have you tried pressing the round number 1 button and ejecting it then 2-3 so on to 6 then you just put them in.

Ah! Ive just spotted that I dont have the 1-6 buttons on the unit, but im sure its an Hu850, My S80 is a LUX, but i'm totally lost about the discs!! BTW mine is a 2006 but still the older model

You can't have the HU850 is it a 650 cos you need a cd-changer for that.

Looks like an unusual variant - the common one doesn't have that CD preset knob, which is presumably how you select the CDs. There are also differences in the effect buttons.

The HU850 is mostly this I think:

maybe it's an S80 variant only you have.

In a lot of cases though the CD changer in the 850 breaks. Then it's Grom time.
