They're rated at the same wattage but their make up will differ.
The Night Breaker will have a higher light output so burns brighter with a.likely shorter life than the standard ones.
Don't let that put you off as correctly handled and installed they will last longer than those 130% brighter halogens.
I have a set of Philips D1S Xtreme Vision that have been going a good 5 years.
