Velcro Luggage Retainers - A Bargain

I've recently changed cars and really miss the velcro luggage retainers supplied with my Skoda Superb, they really were very useful for stopping your luggage, boxes, etc., sliding around in the boot.

After searching Amazon and not really find a suitable equivelent, I decided to see if they could be bought as an accessory from Skoda.

I found a dealer called Dennis Horton & Sons (Skoda) who can supply them for £10 a pair, an absolute bargain in my opinion and therefore I thought I would share. For some reason they only seem to be available for the Fabia but it makes little difference, they work exactly the same...

You can get any colour you want as long as it is black...

I've not been using them for very long in the S90 but I had no issues at all in the Skoda despite regular use over 2 years. I believe there are various 'strengths' of Velcro (all down to the way the hook is cut) and in my experience these retainers do the job without being excessively grippy.

That's a very good price for 6 genuine StayHold luggage retainers, they are £4 each on Amazon.!
