Default Valve spring compressor - Part Number? (Or loan)

I need a valve spring compressor for the B series engine, like this: http://www.ipdusa.com/products/6281/...ompressor-tool

Unfortunately I can't order the OE version of this tool from Rufe until I find the part number.

Alternatively, if anyone has this tool and would be willing to lend it out for a while it would be very much appreciated.

Thanks.

Cheers, but I don't think any of them can be used with the cam in place? That is the genius of the Volvo and ipd ones.

However, I'm beginning to accept that I'm just going to have to take the cam off in order to swap the shims.

I measured the gaps the other day. After 218000 miles only two of them were out of the 0.3 - 0.4mm range.

Default spring

The valve spring compressors are used once the cam is removed and the head is off and look like a G clamp. If you want to swap shims with the cam in place you need the Volvo tool I have. You can borrow it if you want, pm me.
