Default Erratic indicators

I have an erratic "blink" when indicating right, but normal when indicating left. Does this sound more like a dodgy indicator stalk rather than the relay??

Check the bulbs first...one of them might be dodgy. Go from there and work back towards the indicator stalk.

Cheers,

It'll probably be a blown bulb.

If a bulb blows the indicators flash a twice the speed as normal.
