Default V40 R

Can anyone tell me exactly what the V40R is, has anyone got any images they could post, possibly of a blue metallic one.

V40R? You can get a V40 T4, or a V70/S60 R, But I've never heard of a V40R. Want one though :)

Volvo never made a V40R
The 850 R, was the model above the T5.

I know of people who have tuned their V40T4, and to show that it is better than normal T4's have put an R badge on. In short, I think the V40R would cost any V40 owner the price of a badge.

At a guess R stands for 'racing?'

Personally I have no badge on my T4, I'd much prefer people to have no idea what spec my car is.

I was going to remove the 2.0T badge from mine, but then I saw the exhaust and thought maybe not :)
