That is the problem with cheep hid kits.

I have done a lot of reserch into hid's and the kits you get on ebay and so on are never what they say they are. Some of them only put out low 20's in watts.

that's why i didn't buy off ebay and from a shop that i could talk to.

Could have saved myself money but decided to go with my head
