volvo v70 2.4 140BHP

Hi guys Im after a little bit of advice.

Got a 2001 manual version of the above. apart from a very small mark on the bottom of the drivers door its in brilliant nick, the inside is virtually perfect.
Im third owner and its got a full service history so looked after however its got 208k on the clock.

Its my first V70 and I love being in the car. loads of room in the back for all my football stuff (im a football coach) and to get the 2 now adult kids.

I would just like it to have a bit more poke and Im stuck between 2 ideas.

Do I mod/map it? is it worth spending money on an engine with over 200k on it (although im told 200k isn't actually that bad for a Volvo)

Do I look at T5 ( I know its spending more money) or possibly a doner T5 engine to put in mine? is that even possible or is it really more trouble than its worth?

Can believe ive become so attached to this car!

T5 swap is normally considered more work than it is worth. You would be better finding a tidy turbo car
