Had mine done couple of weeks ago.

More power, subtle but definitely notice it. 2nd through to 5th gear have more torque and bite when you put your foot down. And there's a little more growl from my D4.

Theres a little badge for the boot, a funny metal picture and a little certificate booklet thing. Make sure they sign it and stamp the booklet as mine was left in the pack, had to go back with it. Suppose its handy for when selling on etc..

So.……………..Been done and it really does feel smooooooth! But, I have to also admit that I find the car runs better after a car wash might be just me though!

The metal plate states on the back (of mine anyway) "proof of purchase".

The Polestar badge isn't going on just yet as my car is BRIGHT gold and the badge is white. Not sure if I like that look?

And yes. The certificate hasn't been stamped. Will get that done when I get the gearbox oil changed next month.

All good so far! Quite painless (apart from in the wallet!).

Today, a couple of hours driving around south London. Very much smoother driving, better pickup and oddly quieter....

Then this evening a blast down the A21 to Tonbridge, and back, obviously! The difference on the faster road is very noticeable. Less stress, less gearbox fidgeting and much more comfortable to drive.

I would definitely recommend it! And even the wife commented favourably! 👍

Finally took the car back in, for the gearbox oil to be changed, yesterday.

Jesus, but the car is totally different. The gear changes are much smoother, the car makes less rumble noise as well!

Painless (except in the wallet) quickish and well worth the expense, so far.

The two together makes one heck of a difference to the way the car performs and runs.

Still not happy with the white badge though...………………….
