Default Im surprised...Vida

Hello everyone.
Today finally i had my Vida working.....So of course after reading vehicle we go ...diagnostics and fault trace....i guess WE all know the way....

And the result was (i am REALLY surprised i only had this)

RED---ECM and CCM all the others are green or grey. When you select fault trace...

CCM-0021 Air quality sensor Internal fault
ECM-9210 Cruise Control - faulty signal

Well...about the 0021 i really dont know ..i only know that i hear the sound of servos behind the glove compartment.

The 9210.....Well my cruise control works very well???
So i clear them and they came up again.....
So i continue and FINALLY reset the gearbox oil counter.I went there again to see if they were still there...so i turn off ignition....the start go above 1500 rpm....then off....then on again idle for 20sec then ok....Still there.

What to do?

Now the fun part. THis is a 2003 XC70 d5 ..202.000k. On March im going to make 4000 mile trip. SO i am scare. In my list is....Change oil (mobil 1 0w40) do the final sumps to the gearbox oil. Change the 4 drop links (i have a clunk on the front left wheel (Simon i bought Meyle HD ones). Flush the coolant Simon Way. Any thing else?? im surprised this were the only codes. i was thinking it was going to show me boost leaks problems with turbo....But if it is like this....GOOOD

PLease give me your thoughts
Many Thanks

The Air Quality Sensor can be sorted for not much money and it's reasonably easy to do.

Don't buy a Volvo AQS, the exact same unit is available from VW for a fraction of the price. I would guess there are very few of our cars that haven't needed an AQS by now. It's a sensor that sits under the black plastic panel at the bottom of the windscreen and it sniffs the air going into the cabin. If it doesn't like the smell it shuts a flap to stop the smelly air getting in and opens it again when it's happy the smell has gone.

Most people probably don't even know theirs has packed in, over time the sniffer chemicals run out and it needs replacing.

That's the thing about VIDA, it's very thorough and shows up everything, even things you didn't know about. If you haven't noticed a problem before it's probably not worth getting too stressed about but now you know you can keep an eye on it.
