V70 tail light upgrade

Can somebody help me source the part needed to make the upper tail lights work on an early ph3 V70.

1monkey i did a search but it seems to refer to the xc90 changing the rear light units to led. I have a v70 that already has led but the top lights are not active on the earlier models. It cant be that hard to wrire them up surely?

Cheers Tony, i bought the resistor and diode so hopefilly going to tackle it soon.

Fitted today resistor and diode. Job done all good cost about 60 pence😊
