Default Indicator flashing too fast!

Hi all, the rhs indicator is flashing at double the speed (or thereabouts) when ever used, does anyone know of a remedy? The car's a 340 GLE 1988. Any help appreciated, it's rather annoying! Thanks.

Have you walked round the car checking that all the bulbs are working? This is often caused by a blown bulb or faulty earth at the light cluster. A faulty earth would also affect the other lights on that cluster.

Thanks for the help - worked well. I had had the front cluster off at the weekend, and the front indicator wasn't working when I looked. So I just wet and dried the contacts and now it's working fine. Cheers for the help.
