Default V60 Polestar suspension set up

Hi All

Just thought I'd mention as I keep looking into the posts to see if anyone has had any success in sorting out this so called booming noise from inside the cabin
I would just like to recommend Centre Gravity (Based in the Midlands). Chris there is a god on setting up cars and I am sure he would be able to help. A few years ago I took my car there and couldn't fault his service.
Initially he would take the car out with you in it. This would be over various road surfaces and speeds. Then back to the workshop for various tests. He also has a full Hunter set up to do the four wheel alignment.
As these Polestars have full adjustable suspension I'd like to think he could sort it.
If and when I do buy one, which is still top of the shopping list I will book it in with them.
Cost wise, its around £300, I think, but well worth it just to get the master class in setting up a car.

Mine in Nottingham is a duo-tone mid-grey lower blending to lighter grey upper at the moment, if that counts.

Picked mine up about a month ago from down south, a Rebel Blue 65 plate.

Enjoyed the journey home, all 600 odd miles...!

Not really had any sort of chance to open her up, as I'm old school about the running in of a car.

Fabulous car, completely different compared to my old 1998 V70r auto 2wd.

Only niggle is that I'm not too keen on the steering. No matter the setting, I find it a little disengaging, and artificial. However the roadholding is phenomenal, and I personally dont see what the fuss about the 'firm' ride is all about by the motoring press.

Still waiting on my blue book....!

Will get a picture up when I'm not on company time....!

Hi all, decided to register and say hi after finding this forum through Google and lurking a while.

I picked up a year old ex-Volvo fleet Rebel Blue 2015.5 V60 Polestar last month after I spotted it on my local dealer's forecourt (coming from a V40 D4).

The car is stunning and I'm chuffed to be joining the club!

To get on to a technical topic and apologise for reviving a months old thread, can I ask if anyone has any thoughts on replacing their summer Michelin Piolt Super Sports when it comes to it? I thought I'd do a simple like for like when the time comes but I came across this article on Tyre Reviews...

http://www.tyrereviews.co.uk/Article...uper-Sport.htm

...and it got me slightly concerned a like for like replacement won't be available unless Volvo persuade Michelin to keep making them as an OEM part.
