XC60 - Distance to Empty Tank Display

Need to change the 'MPH' (Pic 1) displayed on the dash to the 'DISTANCE TO EMPTY Tank (Pic 2)
Have attempted to do this in the 'MYCAR' settings but to no avail.... can anyone offer any advice as to how this is done please ?

Also looks like pic 1 is economy and pic 2 is elegance both also adjusted by selecting themes with the stalk
